Flat rate postage rates apply (and include registered postage): Postage : Flat rate $10 Express Post : Flat rate $20 If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your mail box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. The Wooden Crate accepts no financial responsibility to resend packages that have been returned to sender due to any reason. Please ensure you recorded delivery address accurately and endeavour to use a business address which can accept deliveries from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  No guarantee as to delivery date or time can be made and The Wooden Crate accepts no responsibility for orders that take in excess of the above guideline periods.
